The app analyzes users’ movements through ML-powered algorithms, offering corrective instructions to ensure accurate alignment with yoga poses. This allows for a more tailored and effective yoga experience, catering to individual fitness levels and goals. Designed to help users maintain or improve their physical and mental well-being, the app combines convenience with precision, making at-home workouts more engaging and results-oriented.
