Overview
The Fasilkom organization has recognized the need for digitalization in their bureaucratic processes, including correspondence, financial management, and publication. To address this, a comprehensive integrated information system was developed. This system combines various functionalities such as request for correspondence, funding, and publication, allowing applicants to track their requests while facilitating efficient management for administrators. With dedicated dashboards for applicants and administrators, seamless communication and monitoring of progress are ensured. The system incorporates authentication mechanisms and different user roles, including Super Admin, User Pengurus (Managers), and User Pemohon (Applicants), enabling streamlined operations and effective collaboration within the Fasilkom organization.
In my role, I played a pivotal part in developing the feature for fund requests, encompassing both backend and frontend aspects, within the context of The Fasilkom organization’s comprehensive integrated information system. By creating this feature, I contributed to the system’s ability to combine functionalities like request processing. This empowers applicants to conveniently track their requests while providing administrators with an efficient management tool.
